pickup location and end at the drop-off location, both as specified in the
booking confirmation voucher.
b. Package prices can vary according to group size.
c. Athidhi Travels shall make all efforts to ensure that the food served is
tasty and as per requirements specified. The food menu specified in tour
packages shall be final. In such cases, any change in the food menu is
subject to extra payment and availability.
d. Customers shall indemnify themselves for any risk associated with the
outings, which may vary depending on the destination. Athidhi Travels will
not be responsible for any accidents or injuries during the event.
e. Customers are expected to be respectful to the staff members at properties
and shall be held responsible for any willful damage caused at any property
provided for accommodation and recreation.
f. Travel to destinations specified in tour packages is subject to Acts of
God, government restrictions, road blockage, accidents, cancellation of
flights, delayed arrival, and/or weather conditions. Athidhi Travels would
strive to find an alternate destination in case of any unanticipated
delay/restriction. Customers are requested to cooperate with the staff in
such cases.
g. Customers are expected to follow the time schedule given at any
event/pick-up.
h. Athidhi Travels may revise the Terms and Conditions from time to time.
2. Booking and Confirmation Policy
a. Customers shall pay an advance amount of 30 per cent of the total package
amount at the time of booking.
b. Customers shall receive a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours
of successful booking.
c. Changes in schedule are subject to the availability of rooms.
d. Customers shall pay the total package amount at the time of check-in.
Failure to make payment shall result in cancellation of the trip without
refund.
e. The standard check-in and check-out time is 14:00 hours and 11:00 hours.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to the policy of the hotel and
availability of rooms. If permitted, customers will have to bear the cost of
the same.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
a. If cancellation is made 30 days or more before the date of travel, 10 per
cent of the total package amount will be charged as cancellation fees. In
such cases, advance payments made by the customer towards the trip (if any)
after deducting cancellation charges shall be refunded within 10 business
days.
b. If cancellation is made between 15 days to 29 days before the date of
travel, 25 per cent of the total package amount cost will be charged as
cancellation fees. In such cases, advance payments made by the customer
towards the trip (if any) after deducting cancellation charges shall be
refunded within 10 business days.
c. If cancellation is made within 14 days or less before the date of travel,
30 per cent of the total package amount will be charged as cancellation
fees.
d. No cancellation or refund is permitted if any number of members is absent
from the group than what is specified in the booking confirmation voucher.
e. Package groups are liable to pay for any increase in the number of members
in the group than what is specified in the booking confirmation voucher. Per
head prices of tour packages can vary from what is specified prior to
booking in such cases.
f. No partial or full refund will be made if any member(s) drops out of the
trip once it has started or if the trip is terminated on account of
sickness, medical emergencies etc.
g. Athidhi Travels can remove any guest(s) without warning, who misbehaves,
causes delay in the event, or does not abide by the specific instructions
provided. No refund shall be made in such cases.
h. No refund will be made for any services (accommodation, transportation,
sightseeing etc.) unused/missed during the course of the trip.
4. Customer Relations and Grievance Redressal
a. The type of information collected by Athidhi Travels includes the name,
address, phone number, and e-Email of the customers, etc. Athidhi Travels
collects information for the logistics of the trip, including but not
limited to communications, updates, verification, and dispute resolution,
and to ensure the safety of the customers and staff.
b. Athidhi Travels does not collect or record the credit/debit card details
of clients anywhere on the site.
c. Athidhi Travels shall not be responsible for any loss of baggage and/or
personal belongings of the guests during the course of the trip. Movement,
storage, and usage of baggage and personal belongings shall be at the risk
of the guests throughout the trip.
d. Customers are required to carry valid identification proofs.
